Cannot get skins to appear

Hi, I really enjoy this mod. I created a skin using the templates, and loaded into my own folder in the PMSC section. It works great, and looks great. I then created another skin, and put it in the same folder. I copied the .veh file, renamed the necessary items, and put it with the new skin. Now this new skin will not appear. I tried deleting my original skin that DOES work out of the folder, leaving the new skin, and the entire team folder disappears! I tried moving it into a different series (like the Australia PCC), and it still will not appear. My team's name doesn't even appear in the team directory.

Can someone give me any help? I would really like to see my new skin I created in the game!
